Privacy, in plain language.
This notice explains how Connected Togethr handles information for the public waitlist, product-update emails, and tester-candidate applications. It does not yet govern a Connected Togethr app account or household data created inside the app.
What we collect
If you join, we collect your email address, your consent choice and its version, and basic signup attribution such as the page, referring site, campaign tags, or referral code. Our services may also process limited request and security information to prevent abuse and keep the list reliable.
Tester applications
If you apply to test Connected Togethr, we collect your verified email address, name, adult age range, optional gender answer, general region and time zone, household composition, available phone platforms and device details, testing availability, technical comfort, feature interests, optional accessibility perspectives, your reason for applying, and your consent choices. Do not include private health details or other sensitive information in free-text answers.
Why we use it
We use this information to confirm your subscription, send the launch and product updates you requested, maintain your preferences, protect the service, and understand which signup sources are useful. Tester-application information is used separately to evaluate a varied candidate group, manage application status, and send operational emails about the tester program.
Your choice
Joining is optional. We ask for an affirmative consent choice, and every marketing email will include a way to unsubscribe. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting how we handled information before that withdrawal. Applying to test does not add you to marketing emails or guarantee selection. Optional technical diagnostics require a separate choice and are collected only if you are selected and participate in testing.
Service providers and sales
We may use vetted providers to host the site, secure requests, store subscription records, and deliver email on our behalf. We do not sell waitlist information or use it for targeted advertising.
Retention
A waitlist request stays pending for up to 24 hours while you confirm it. If it is not confirmed, we remove the email address and name from the active list while retaining only limited, non-deliverable records needed for security and audit history. We keep an active subscription while you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we retain a minimal suppression and consent record so we can honor your choice and prevent accidental future email. Tester-application records are kept only as long as needed to run and document the tester selection process, meet legal and security obligations, and honor your choices, then deleted or minimized under our retention controls.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain uses of your information. To make a request or ask a privacy question, email hello@connectedtogethr.com. We may need to verify that the request is yours.
Children and changes
The public waitlist is not directed to children. We may update this notice as the service develops; a new version will show a revised date here.
