Terms for this coming-soon site.
These Terms govern your use of the Connected Togethr coming-soon website, waitlist, and tester-candidate application. They do not govern a future Connected Togethr app account or household data. Selected testers receive separate beta terms before joining the test.
Using this site
By using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Coming-soon information
The information and screens shown here are early concept previews. Features, designs, availability, and timing may change. Nothing on this site is a promise that a particular feature or version of Connected Togethr will be released.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is optional. You must provide an email address you are authorized to use and make the requested consent choice. Joining does not create an app account, guarantee access, establish a launch date, or require a purchase. You can unsubscribe from optional launch and product emails at any time.
Tester candidates
Applying to test is optional, limited to adults, and separate from the marketing waitlist. You must provide accurate information you are authorized to share. An application does not guarantee selection, access, compensation, a launch date, or an app account. We may choose a group based on program needs and may pause or end recruitment at any time.
Privacy
How we handle information submitted through the waitlist and tester application is explained in the Privacy Notice.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, submit information you are not authorized to provide, interfere with the site or its security, introduce harmful code, or send automated requests that burden or abuse the service.
Brand and site content
The site's text, visual design, and Connected Togethr brand assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the site for personal, noncommercial use. These Terms do not transfer ownership or grant a broader license.
Availability and warranties
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Connected Togethr and those helping operate this site will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of—or inability to use—the site or from reliance on coming-soon information. Some laws may not allow every exclusion in this section.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the site and service develop. The revised version and its updated date will be posted here.
